Full Beard
Dense · sculpted
A full beard is complete coverage, moustache included, worn at roughly 3–6 cm; expect two to four months of growth to get there. Shape comes from trimming, not luck: sides kept tighter than the chin, cheek line natural or lightly cleaned, neckline low enough to keep the jaw's depth.

Who it suits
All that jaw weight is a gift to heart and diamond faces, which run narrow in the lower third. Oval faces can wear it at any length. Round faces should be careful: extra side volume widens them further, so keep the sides tight and the chin longer if you go ahead. Sparse cheeks will show until about month three.
Shape it every one to two weeks, keeping the sides tighter than the chin, and clean the neckline weekly. Brush daily and oil every day or two; a dry full beard frizzes and loses its line.
Full Beard — common questions
How long does it take to grow a full beard?
Two to four months for most men, at an average rate of about 1.25 cm per month. Cheeks fill in last, so the six-week mark often looks worse before it looks better. Resist shaping anything except the neckline until at least week six.
Should I trim a beard while growing it out?
Leave the length alone but maintain the neckline and stray flyaways from around week four. A clean neck keeps you presentable through the awkward phase without costing progress. Save the first real shape-up for the two-month mark, ideally with a barber.
Does a full beard suit a round face?
It can, with the right cut. Ask for short, tight sides and more length through the chin so the beard adds vertical rather than width. A round face under a beard that is equally full everywhere just reads rounder.
